IT's DEER season agian, and we here at Valentine land and timber llc offer father son and daughter hunts at our two farms in Lenoir County and Halifax County. The hunts are $325 per day and lodging is $50.00 per group a night. We already have had a good group come with Oct 14th. There was 7 deer killed for 10 hunters and we had a few shirt tales on one young hunter that missed five times, But hey its all fun and we are know how it feels to just not be on. Hey Duck hunters, its time to install or clean out those wood duck boxes. We here at Valentine land and timber LLC just install 68 boxes on our Whites Mill pond Property. A big Shout out goes to the Ducks Unlimited Chapter of Winston Salem, Thank You Jim Shout and Brian Maddison. The box installation has some speicalized propuse. Here at Valentine Land and Timber LLC we manage for all types of wildlife but the most sucessful recovery of a game animal in North America is the  eastern wild Turkey. The 2000 acres of prime habitat on  the Neuse River is a wonderful example of the management and the conservation of this great game bird.
