Land Evaluations
VLT’s staff members are experienced in land evaluations and making recommendations for best uses and optimization of investment return. We can assess suitabilities and limitations for existing and prospective landowners and buyers. Assessments can include preliminary wetland and stream mapping/delineation, land use characterization, preliminary timber stand assessments, preliminary existing and potential wildlife habitat, and soil suitability evaluations.
