VLT uses GIS analysis and our extensive landowner contacts to find potential wetland and stream restoration, enhancement, and preservation sites.  We can perform site searches for private mitigation banks as well as the NC Ecosystem Enhancement Programs full-delivery request for proposals process.  We have the experience and capability to not only find the site, but visit the site and rate it for its potential to benefit water quality  as well as be ecologically success and financially practical.
