Wetland Assessment
To comply with Clean Water Act Section 404 and 401 regulations, landowners need to know the extent of their jurisdictional wetlands in order to avoid any inadvertent impacts. VLT performs unofficial wetland delineations for the landowner’s knowledge and awareness of the extent of onsite jurisdictional wetlands as well as full delineations submitted to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for approval. Official Corps jurisdictional determinations expire after 5 years from the date of approval.
